Elite’s Tracking - Elite's tracking system provides global access to your shipments through an easy-to-use Web-based interface, giving complete visibility to shipments from end-to-end, anywhere in the world. Within the tracking system contains a database of shipment information which drives the documentation process. Documents such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Export Declarations, and other important documents for export/import shipments can be pulled from the website directly as and when needed.
Our website, www.elitetrax.com, is easy for customers to navigate in order to keep track of their shipments. Under the Elite ShipView, customers can choose amongst other options, to view import, export or domestic shipments. Under each tab, they are able to further select whether to track, view all information available to the shipments or customize a report.

All these value-added services proffer in Elite Track & Trace Management WebPortal (hereinafter referred to as “WebPortal” or “Portal”), will be made available to customers as part of the customer service package from Elite. With the user-friendly interface and a straightforward layout, customer can be sure that all information required will only be a mouse-click away.

    Elite's unparalleled Docs drives the documentation process. The backbone of Docs is Elite's powerful database of shipment information that dynamically generates Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Export Declarations, and other important documents for export shipments.

 

  • Reports
    Elite's comprehensive suite of management reports gives users visibility into all details of their shipments. Reports allow users to have each report scheduled for execution and delivery via email weekly, monthly, or daily.

 

  • StatsView
    A graphical reporting system displays statistics, such as freight price per pound, price per twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU), average weight per TEU, among others, for a chosen period of time. The summary graphs also offer point-and-click drill-down to specific shipment details, and users can easily run customized reports by selecting and saving parameters.

    Elite's comprehensive suite of managing reports gives users the ability to customize it according to their needs as well as visibility to all the details of their shipments. UserReport allows users to have each report scheduled for execution and delivery via email weekly, monthly, or daily. UserReport also provide customized warehouse reports such as Stock Balance, Stock Aging, Product Damage and Stock Movements reports for the customers to access information regarding the inventory status of their product 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

    Elite's warehouse and inventory control system manages critical inventories in real time, providing a seamless, end-to-end, distribution network. Through a network of more than 20 offices, distribution centers, and more than 30 warehouses, Elite provides distribution of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials throughout Europe and Asia.

    Elite's proactive shipment status notification system allows users to set up personalized notification lists to receive alerts for any status update, including changes to estimated or actual dates for shipment events such as Cut Off Date, Sailing Date, Arrival Date, Cargo Release Date, and many others. Alerts can be configured to notify users either by event or by exception.
